Summary: This position leads to the development of long-term strategies, campaign plans, and policy recommendations for senior military leadership within the NGB-J5-J command structure. The work for this position is located on site at NGB TARC Arlington, VA. Job Description: - Alternate Project Lead - Conduct research, strategic estimates and guidance assessments, and data analysis pertaining to the federalization of National Guard forces - Prepare research products and assessments - Analyze guidance, documents, leader meetings, and working groups relevant to the (JSPS) and complete summaries - Review documents and prepare assessments of NG equities - Facilitate and coordinate working group meetings, draft and distribute meeting invitations to attendees, as determined by the Government - Identify and document attendee names, collaborate with Government personnel to develop meeting agendas and timelines for each session - Gather topics from all relevant parties, develop and distribute elect...
