Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Create, maintain, and update airline food menu specifications. - Coordinate and communicate all changes to menu details across relevant departments and with clients. - Attend client menu presentations, record specifications, ensure all dishes are properly weighed, photographed, and documented. - Coordinate and manage departmental resources, including team members reporting to SCS. - Ensure full compliance with company and client requirements impacting the department. - Liaise with chefs to collect recipe details, menu changes, and ingredi...
