This position is fully remote. The Commissions Analyst supports the technical implementation and ongoing administration of EquipmentShare’s sales commission programs. This role translates commission plan structures into code and helps maintain the data pipelines and systems that power commission calculations. The Commissions Analyst partners closely with the commissions team, compensation team, payroll team, and sales leadership to implement commission plan changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accurate execution of incentive programs.
