The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below: What We Expect - Assist in delivering effective recruitment activities that support both internal and external stakeholders in alignment with business needs. - Ensure accuracy, timely communication, and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers. - Support hiring managers in executing selection strategies by gathering position requirements, researching sourcing channels, and preparing related documentation. - Perform initial pre-screening tasks such as reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication among candidates, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs. - Assist in administering assessment tools including English tests, personality assessments, and other evaluation instruments. - Support application management processes, including tracking candidate progress, managing basic candidate communication, and assisting with rejection...
