Job description

This position is responsible for assisting the CFO in Proforma development for the employment of physicians. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting numerous documents during the due diligence phase. This will includeprofit and loss statements, billing reports, real estate leases, equipment leases, managed care contracts, on-call agreements, Medical Directorships and other legal documents. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting numerous documents during the due diligence phase Preparation of a five year financial proforma along with a detailed narrative summarizing all assumptions used and an overview of the current structure of the existing practice Required to contact the physician or designee (Accountant, Office Manager, Billing Company) to answer questions in regards to due diligence May be required to present the final proforma results to the physician/physicians seeking employment Assist with the preparation of the quarterly forecast and annual budget/business plan at a physician practice level as well as monthly production of benchmarking reports Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
