Supervisor, Manufacturing Location: St. Petersburg, FL, United States Job Summary: The Supervisor, Manufacturing is responsible for leading and optimizing daytoday manufacturing operations to deliver exceptional quality, cost efficiency, and ontime delivery . This role provides handson leadership for production and logistics personnel, ensuring safe, compliant, and highperforming operations aligned with Omnicell’s manufacturing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production , the Supervisor plays a critical role in executing the manufacturing plan, driving continuous improvement, developing talent, and fostering a positive, safe, and accountable work environment . Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations during the assigned shift, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
