Description Position Details: Salary - $80,000 - $100,000 annually based upon experience. Full-time 40 hours per week. PTO - accrued biweekly to equal 5 weeks annually. Holidays - 10 paid holidays off per year in addition to PTO. Health Benefits available on day 1 of employment. 401K match up to 4% after 30 days of employment. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health-MAT/FMOB, the Program Manager will be responsible for daily management and operations of the organization’s Behavioral Health Program. The Program Manager will provide administrative/clinical supervision to the program staff to ensure all services are delivered according to local, state and federal laws and compliance. This position ensures the integration of behavioral health with primary care, supervises clinical and non-clinical staff, and supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
