This position will work 32.5 hours per week based on the Holmes and/or Washington County school district calendars. Direct supervision will be provided by a Nursing Program Specialist, Registered Nurse, or the Executive Community Health Nursing Director. Assists the nurse in her assessment and counseling of individual students. Maintains a record of the medical needs of all students with special health care needs. Records will be completed at the time of visit to the health room, 100% of the time. Obtains vital signs as indicated, recording results on a daily health room activity log.
