Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead, System Integration Testing to manage and drive quality assurance efforts for our Real-Time Location System (RTLS) solutions used in medical device environments. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on end-to-end system validation, automation strategy, and the adoption of AI-driven testing practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of testers, ensure seamless integration testing across hardware, firmware, and software components, and champion innovative approaches to improve test efficiency, coverage, and product quality.
