This list of essential functions is not intended to reflect every duty that may be performed within the job. - Serves as a Public Health Laboratory Technician performing high complexity sample analysis in accordance with the current environmental/biological scope and/or accredited under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Program (CLIP). - Perform high complexity tests that are authorized by the Clinical Laboratory Senior Scientist. - Complete demonstrations of capabilities as dictated by the laboratory. - Shall follow all laboratory policies and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs). - As outline in 42 CFR 493, the testing personnel are responsible for specimen processing, test performance and for reporting test results. - Each individual performs only those hi...
