Customer Communications Assistant Department: United Utilities: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Worsley: Compensation: £26,500 / year: Description: We’re looking for full time and part time reliable, friendly and conscientious individuals to support our water mains replacement programme by hand-delivering important notification letters to households and businesses ahead of work starting in their community. The work areas will be in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. This is a customer facing role and an important step in providing our customers with a continued positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure letters are delivered securely and to the correct properties - Engage politely and professionally within local communities - Report access issues or concerns back to the central team - Drive and use a company van safely and responsibly - Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
