Job description

Job Summary Is the technical source of information for the project and should have a thorough knowledge of the construction documents. Responds to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders. Maintains an effective and professional working relationship with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Establishes and maintains the Project Quality Management program by performing Sundt Quality Management functions based on compliance with contract documents and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Manages and implements the project quality management plan. Assists with procurement of necessary material and equipment. Coordinates submittals with other trades. Reviews all submittals for compliance with the contract documents. Ensures that all work‐in‐place is in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents. Schedules and conducts preparatory & pre-installation meetings in support of Sundt quality management program with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision and the owner.
