Description QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current American Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR, and Safety Training for Coaches or Lifeguard Training 2. High School graduate or equivalent. 3. Knowledge of competitive swimming skill requirements. 4. Competitive swimming background. 5. Approved Criminal Background Investigation Check if over 18 years of age SALARY RANGE: $16.00 - $22.55 per hour DOE. Part time, average 15-20 hours per week and swim meets; no benefits; Flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. FREE Family Membership! POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for performing coaching functions including the daily planning of practice sessions to assist swimmers in progressing through skill levels. Works primarily with the age group swimmers. Monitors personal development of individuals, attends meets, and evaluates competitive performance, and ensures safe swimming practices.
