Residential Program Manager, Low Income Programs Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Ready to make a difference?: As a Residential Program Manager, Low Income Programs , you will lead the strategy, development, and management of a residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers, focusing on under-served and disadvantaged communities throughout Louisiana. The Residential Program Manager, Low Income Programs will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects and typically provides account management, trade ally/service provider management, and other technical services for a utility energy efficiency program and their stakeholders. In this role, you would be responsible for developing budgets and participation requirements, innovative reporting, and analysis, conducting market research, and facilitating communications and coordination across a Residential Trade Ally/Service Provider (TA) network throughout Louisiana.
