ABOUT THE BRAND: Sadie’s restaurant and garden bar in New York City’s Seaport, is bringing New American comfort food, an indoor-outdoor bar experience, and year-round programming to one of Lower Manhattan’s most vibrant waterfront neighborhoods. About the Role: Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Server to be based in Sadies . Reporting directly to the General Manager , t he Server Assistant will assist servers and attend to the guests of the restaurant by upholding the quality of food, beverage, and service. This position will assist with running food, clearing dishware, and setting up tables to ensure service runs smoothly. What You Will Do: Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages, and dishware, and attending to guest requests. Deliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to all guests. Ensure the area is well stocked and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift. Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
