GRILL CREW JOB DESCRIPTION: Reports to: Shift Leaders: DQ “GRILL & CHILL” STORE: “Dairy Queen” stores are engaged in the business of retail food sales. Products sold include hamburgers, hot dogs, soft-serve dairy products, and beverages. There are over 6,800 “Dairy Queen” stores and/or “Dairy Queen” stores across North America and throughout the world which make it one of the oldest and most respected franchise systems. Your employer is DQ of Logan, Inc./Marietta Fan Food, Inc., a division of the Corby Leach Company JOB DESCRIPTION- GRILL/FOOD PERSONNEL: Functions of Job: - To create positive memories for all who touch DQ. - To ensure all of our Fans see a smiling crew and a clean store. - Understand the “why” behind everything we do is the Fan that we serve daily. - Assemble all products in grill/food line according to product preparation procedures. - Perform cleaning duties to include all areas of store: food preparation area, storeroom, seating area, dumpster area, trash receptacles, walk-in freezer, parking lot, etc. - Implement a general working knowledge of all equipment located in food preparation area.
