The Opportunity: As a People Consultant, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and managers, coaching them through complex employee relations matters and day‑to‑day people practices. Your work will support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain by creating positive, consistent and human people experiences across the business. Reporting into our Senior People Partner and working alongside two People Partners, you’ll also collaborate closely with other People Consultants, centres of excellence and shared services to deliver joined‑up, consistent outcomes. The role will involve working with our Business and Wholesale teams (c.900 employees onshore), within our Customers business, who operate at the intersection of energy markets, assets, and customers.
