Established in 1895, KU is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected providers of long day care, preschool, family programs and early intervention services and remains proudly Not For Profit. The Role: We are looking for someone with previous directing experience who is ECT qualified to lead the team on a permanent basis, working 7.6 hours a day, Monday-Friday. We seek a director with a contemporary pedagogical lens, who is able to lead, mentor and support and small but enthusiastic team of educators. The service is located in a semi-rural area which is reflected within the service environment. We are seeking someone who is able to support the service and educators to continue to be a vital member of the local Galston community. This is a blended teaching and non-teaching director role with a generous director’s allowance with dedicated time to work with educators and children to guide and support pedagogy and practice with a high functioning team.
