Olo’s Legal Department is building the Legal Department of the future: an AI-forward, data-driven operating model that helps the team move faster, work smarter, and stay better connected to the business. We are hiring a Legal Operations Lead to own and scale this operating model end-to-end. This is not a contract management role. Contracting is one workflow this person will help modernize, but the scope of the role is much broader: design the systems, processes, tools, metrics, and AI-enabled workflows that allow Legal to operate more efficiently and with better insight and business impact.
