Position Overview: The IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Technician is responsible for delivering installation, maintenance, and support services for client IT environments. This role supports desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and infrastructure components in operational and mission-critical environments. This position requires 100% travel. Technicians will be deployed to client sites across various locations and must be comfortable working in dynamic environments with frequent travel. Responsibilities include preparation, disconnection, reconnection, testing, validation, and operational handoff of IT equipment.
