Description Position Overview: Valiant Residential is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) to join our incredibly talented team. The RVP will oversee an extensive portfolio of apartment communities and will direct the Regional Supervisor team. The RVP ensures financials, operating and compliance operate at levels which meet residents and team members' needs. The RVP must be success driven, a strong team leader, and an operational subject matter expert. The RVP must be an expert at building strong teams to support a growing portfolio of apartment communities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years multi-Family property management experience, 4+ years as a Regional VP of Property Operations.
