As a Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between our business and technology departments. You'll be responsible for ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization. This role demands strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to documentation and process analysis. Responsibilities: In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders from various business departments to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new projects and enhancements. - Process Analysis & Documentation: Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
