Overview Plumbing Service Manager: Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and grow our plumbing service operations. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting continued business growth across our South Florida markets. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent customer satisfaction - Coach, mentor, and develop Service Technicians and team leaders to improve performance and career growth - Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery - Monitor key performance metrics and forecasted goals; take proactive action to meet or exceed targets - Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional, and long-term resolution - Lead regular team meetings focused o...
