Longhorn Band known as the Showband of the Southwest—was founded in 1900 and is the largest sprit organization on campus. Purpose: Responsible for performing advanced and complex administrative duties for Director of Bands. This position is integral to supporting the Director’s daily operations and ensuring the consistent efficiency of all administrative and logistical functions. Responsibilities: Manage scheduling, calendaring, and administrative tasks for Director of Bands.
