Under supervision, the intern will follow work instructions to assist in setting up programming and raw materials required to produce blow mold parts/products according to quality specifications and standards. Summary of Job Duties: Follow the work order instructions and production schedule. Learn how to prepare blow mold machines for production of new product. Assist in loading programming and verifying settings to result in the production of quality parts/products. Identify and prepare raw materials with guidance from the Process Technicians. Help obtain first part approvals with the quality department. Observe and assist in troubleshooting using root cause analysis processes.
