Job description
The EDI Analyst will own the day-to-day management, development, and troubleshooting of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and processes. This role requires strong accountability, the ability to independently manage a high-volume workload, and proactive communication across internal teams and external trading partners. The EDI Analyst is expected to take full ownership of assigned tasks, drive issues to resolution without constant oversight, and ensure all work is properly documented and communicated. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor, analyze, and take ownership of daily EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810), ensuring timely processing and resolution of issues - Troubleshoot and resolve EDI processing errors, mapping issues, and data discrepancies with minimal supervision, including driving follow-ups internally and externally until resolution is achieved - Proactively manage and prioritize a high-volume workload, ensuring all assigned tasks and tickets are actively worked and updated on a consistent basis - Maintain accurate and timely updates in tracking systems (e.g., Jira), including clear documentation of progress, blockers, and next steps - Collaborate with intern...
