The role: As a Payroll Accountant , you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and reporting of payroll across Europe. You will serve as HR’s payroll specialist, ensuring compliance with wage tax requirements and internal benefit policies. This role bridges the gap between our outsourced HRSSC and the Finance teams. You will manage the end‑to‑end monthly payroll cycle, reconcile payroll‑related GL accounts, and act as the primary point of contact for all payroll audits and reporting related to headcount and consultant costs.
