Purpose of the Position: The YHARS Caseworkers primary role is to provide front line support to the YHARS team to assist in achieving operational outcomes as per client case plans. The YHARS Caseworker is responsible for cultivating environments and opportunities that support young people’s wellbeing, social connection, engagement, and empowerment by supporting the design, development, and implementing programs that address the needs and interests of young people aged 12 – 21 years.
