Description Yanmar Compact Equipment North America designs, manufactures and supports a complete range of compact equipment including compact track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders and construction equipment for use in such markets as construction, landscaping, utility, land management and agriculture. The products are sold primarily through a third party, independent dealer network. OVERVIEW: The Manufacturing Engineer will lead the planning, designing, implementing and managing of integrated production systems that ensure the highest level of safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance of our processes and products in the compact equipment industry. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning processes with health and safety policies and regulations. · Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation and instructions. · Develop, design and maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment. · Analyze labor and equipment utilization, facility layout, processes, and operational data such as production costs, process flow, and production schedules to identify cost reductions and improve utilization o...
