NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces through a subscription-based model rooted in circular economy principles. As our circular business continues to scale, the focus is shifting from creating new products to continuously improving and optimizing existing products for repeated use, refurbishment and long-term performance. As our new Product Developer, you will play a key role in shaping how furniture is developed, improved and scaled for a circular business model, where product performance is measured not only at first delivery, but across multiple lifecycles. In this role, your focus will be on the technical product development centred around durability, functionality, operational performance and circular scalability while your creative colleagues in Range Innovation will focus on aesthetics and new range creation.
