Didion Milling, Inc. is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our awesome team. If you enjoy diagnosing and fixing machine malfunctions, hitting equipment uptime targets, and providing top-notch industrial maintenance support, this is the job for you! Available shifts: Compensation: $30-$40 per hour (based on experience) - M-F 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm with on call rotation requirements What You'll Do: - Provide reliable maintenance support for the our team to achieve operational excellence. - Work on and maintain essential equipment, including: - Basic electrical systems and electrical test equipment - Pumps, boilers, and air compression systems - Conveyors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts - Motors and bearings - Valves, piping systems, and instrumentation - Welding and fabrication tools - Diagnose machine malfunctions, make repairs and adjustments, and rebuild components as needed to minimize downtime. - Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities for improvements to boost productivity. - Commit to continuous learning through certific...
