We are currently hiring a Patterns/Tracer Operator in our Berea, OH location! What you’ll do: Inspect frames for proper shape and trace all frame types (hide a bevel, grooved, drilled) Modify frame shapes and process paper tracings as needed Remove lenses from frames and sort components appropriately Calibrate tracing equipment and log machine readings daily Generate accurate plastic patterns for lens manufacturing Maintain organized workstation and notify supervisor of any equipment issues Ensure quality standards are met throughout the tracing process Operate pattern tracing machines to capture frame specifications and lens shapes Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and precisi...
