A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Production Technician at MKS, you will partner with the team to assist in the production of defraction gratings. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor. Manufacturing/Operations. You Will Make an Impact By: Coating: - Experience using Temescal/Telemark ebeam guns and sweep controllers. IC5/IC6 deposition controllers. Building/rebuilding emitter assemblies (need good manual dexterity) Ability to work in cramped or confined spaces. (coating cleans) Metrology experience with surface profilometer, spectrophotometer. Understanding / following SPC charting Lifting – heavy blanks and coating panels Cementing: - Generating material pick lists, prepping and washing glass substrates with high level of quality and care. - Identifying epoxy and cure types for a variety of products and sizes Take Apart: - Handle multiple product sizes performing manual labeling, separation, and dicing of gratings. - Perform hand trimming and successful take apart using a variety of take apart fixtures and mechanical tools. Saw: - Loads and unloads products onto the dicing saw (1-5 lbs). Aligns the plate using white light. Runs program for requested size. Once program is...
