Job description

YOUR TASKS: - You coordinate the movements of our locomotives for deliveries and returns. - You plan and organise parking and transfers to optimally support future customer requirements. - You work closely with service providers, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure efficient and timely delivery. - You will ensure that data on fleet movements is up to date and transparent, in close coordination with our sales and operations teams. - You will maintain and manage fleet data to ensure optimal deployment planning and accurate customer billing. - You will monitor the status of our off-lease fleet and assist with maintenance and operational planning. - You will manage schedules, work orders, purchase orders and invoices in our maintenance planning system - You will support project management with operational tasks - You will maintain regulatory information for locomotives in your region - You will coordinate additional services such as SIM cards or geolocation systems for our fleet YOUR PROFILE: - You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification - Ideally, you already have experience in logistics, fleet management or transport coordination and have industry...
