In this role, you provide protection over MultiCare Health System properties and facilities. You will own the responsibility for the security and safety of MultiCare patients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities Conduct general security in the protection of people and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations. Deter criminal activity and misconduct utilizing tactical techniques. Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.
