ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL: CRIMINAL BUREAU: INSURANCE & UNEMPLOYMENT FRAUD DIVISION: (Boston Office) The Attorney General’s Office is looking for an experienced and highly motivated attorney to serve as an Assistant Attorney General in the Insurance & Unemployment Fraud Division (IUFD) within the Criminal Bureau. IUFD is staffed with a team of prosecutors, financial investigators, and administrative and other staff, partnered with Massachusetts State Police troopers assigned to the Attorney General’s Office, local, state, and federal investigative and enforcement agencies, and victim witness advocates charged with investigating and prosecuting complex insurance and unemployment fraud cases, including violations of M.G.L. c. 152, M.G.L. c. 151A, and M.G.L. c. 175H, and other illegal activity, such as larceny, conspiracy, and money laundering.
