As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force through sophisticated data insights and optimized processes. What You'll Do: - Direct and fine-tune CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to secure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting. - Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. - Support implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology. - Support deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests, and compliance requirements. - Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency. - Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and identify areas of improvement for sales execution. - Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to address gaps in the pipeline and forecast accuracy. - Track metrics to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns. - Ensure lead qualification and management, from th...
