Due to internal mobility, OM Pharma Switzerland is strengthening its leadership team and is looking for a National Sales Lead Respiratory to drive the strategic and operational development of its Respiratory portfolio across Switzerland. In this key leadership role, you report to our Head of Business Unit Hospital Care & Respiratory and manage a team of 7 Sales Representative. Your mission is to define and implement the national sales strategy for Respiratory in line with OM Pharma’s overall objectives. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution, develop sustainable customer relationships and lead a high-performing sales team. Your main responsibilities are as follows: This position is mainly based on the field and with attendance to internal meetings in our offices in Villars-sur-Glâne.
