Essential Functions Statement(s): - Performs detailed quality checks for customer orders, and distribution center orders, and issues materials and supplies per requests; documents transactions appropriately, and keeps accurate records. - Counts total number of pallets being shipped per shipment and documents information for loading. - Inspects/examines all material/shipments for quality issues, overages, or shortages and reports findings to the supervisor. Takes corrective action as required. - Opens cartons, and cases using blades or other authorized hand tools. - Inspects/examines all customer, domestic, and international loads for shipping requirements. - Selects product and processes orders accurately as instructed using manual and/or computerized warehouse management operating system. - Checks labels and markings on packages as d...
