Job description

Position Summary: The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of store operations, including supervising staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, managing inventory, and achieving sales and labor goals. This role acts as the leader on duty in the absence of the General Manager and plays a critical role in training and developing the store team.
