Job description

Benefits: The Junior Commercial HVAC Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects including plan/spec, design-build, and negotiated work. This role analyzes blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates. The estimator works closely with project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and profitable bids while maintaining company standards and project requirements.
