Job Description: The Impact Finance Senior NMTC Project Manager - USBCDE Program Manager negotiates, structures, underwrites, and closes equity and debt investments utilizing Federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) programs with a primary focus on transactions utilizing U.S. Bancorp Community Development Entity (USBCDE) allocation. They manage relationships with internal Business Development Officers, sponsors, and external partners in negotiating investment terms and structures, and is responsible for obtaining credit approval prior to closing.
