Part‑Time Remote Staff Pharmacist Location : Remote, anywhere within the US. Schedule : Part‑time — may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekend shifts. Regular schedule includes 3-4 days every other week from 4PM-12AM (shift times vary). Licensure Requirements : Active pharmacist license required in CO or NM. Must also be willing to obtain MT, NV and WY. About the Role: Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You’ll leverage technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care from a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do: Telepharmacy Services ● Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification. ● Provide patient counseling when needed. ● Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS). Clinical Support: ● Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers. ● Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities. ● Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, and those with renal/hepatic imp...
