Department/Unit: AMHS - IT Analytics Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $77,075.00 - $119,466.00 The Epic Cogito Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining and modifying Epic and other third-party or custom reporting tools. The Epic Cogito Analyst evaluates the internal technical needs of the organization and recommends solutions, defines system and functional requirements, performs both programming and analysis tasks on internal business systems, and identifies optimization opportunities. The Epic Cogito analyst possesses a solid understanding of clinical workflows and systems, as well as extensive experience with reporting and analytics tools, particularly within Epic’s Hyperspace tools suite. The Epic Cogito Analyst provides direct end-user support by identifying and correcting issues that arise from customer usage. They are responsible for identifying necessary configuration changes, supporting related systems, creating detailed test cases and contributing to testing and results analysis, and for thoroughly documenting all programming and systems changes.
