This role will be assisting mechanics in disassembly and assembly of all products within the Shop Repair Value Stream What you will do: · Perform the operations necessary for the assembly or disassembly of Solar’s sub-assemblies in a manner that aligns with standards for safety, quality, velocity, and cost. · Work from standard work instructions, engineering drawings, oral instructions, and established shop practices. · May perform work operations under direct guidance where adequate information has not yet been determined and/or furnished. · Embrace safety culture and identify safety improvements to reduce risk of injury or incident in the work area. · Work with t...
