Junior Building Surveyor , Intern will support the Building Consultancy team in: ·Technical Due Diligences report preparation for acquisition and sale purpose of building/portfolio in all different asset categories (living, office, logistic/industrial/data center, hospitality); ·Technical documental analysis for data room preparation, Q&As management, CapEx estimation. ·Building inspections for financial Project Monitoring purpose (existing buildings refurbishment or new developments) comparing the actual costs to the planned costs in the project budget and enable the preparation of all main building surveying report types (incl...
