Social Worker LCSW day shift and on call available at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.
