Summary Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring Summit’s facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for employees and members. This role balances hands-on technical work - managing preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, and capital projects - with office-based coordination and support of Field Techs. This role serves as a key liaison between facilities staff, branch managers, operations teams, and external contractors, with a focus on service and operations excellence, safety compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
