Reporting to the Liquor Division Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: Qualifications: Successful candidates will have their Grade 12 or equivalent, with a preference for post-secondary education. Minimum of 5-10 years progressive and successful retail management, with a preference for Liquor Industry experience. Candidates will have proven leadership experience, will have their serve it right certificate, commitment to ongoing industry experience - Operational Management: Responsible for all aspects of the location operation, including executing the store level plan, meeting operational efficiencies and targets, consistently implementing procedures/best practises, policies, and applying the CBA, ordering, receiving, processing claims, delivery, managing inventory; minimizing costs and maximizing profitability. Ensures standards are met and exceeded – i.e. Image, merchandising, asset protection, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of equipment etc. Ensures programs are implemented as outlined.
