Position: Adjunct Professor, Medical Information Revenue Management Department: Academic Affairs: Type of Position: Adjunct Faculty: Exemption Status: Exempt: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Varies depending on department needs Opportunity for hybrid schedule: Yes: Starting Salary Range: AJCR $1,208-$1,344 per credit hour and in accordance with the adjunct table and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: Teach courses in Medical Information and Revenue Management (MIRM), including medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10) and reimbursement methodologies. Integration of industry experience provides the most relevant learning experience and is expected for each course. Courses vary in delivery times, please inquire. Faculty will be required to participate in department professional development activities, prepare and manage coursework, and meet deadlines for grading and attendance.
